Who is ANNA for?

We’re currently open to any Australian resident who is a director of a limited company or a non-limited business that is structured as a company or sole trader.

Who can register a company?

Anyone over the age of 18 in Australia. You must also have at least 1 director who resides in Australia (for tax purposes) and have a registered address in Australia. At the moment, we’re registering a company with a single director and shareholder and accepting applications from Australian residents only.

What types of businesses can I register with ANNA?

We can currently register a Proprietary (private) company limited by shares with one director and shareholder. This company can’t be a trustee of a superannuation fund.
