ANNA Money is an international fintech company, supporting more than 100,000 small businesses. ANNA Money acquired GetCape in 2024 to cover the Australian market and take on Australia’s ‘big four’ banks, ANZ, CommBank, NAB and Westpac, offering business accounts, tax admin, accounting and starter credit account made to save small businesses time and money
A revolving business credit facility. You draw funds as needed, up to your approved limit, and repay automatically — rather than a fixed monthly card bill
The facility is available only to proprietary limited companies (PTY LTD) incorporated in Australia. It's not available to individuals, sole traders, partnerships, or unincorporated associations. You'll also need to maintain an active ANNA business account in good standing for the life of the facility
Yes. You need to maintain an active ANNA business account, and a material portion of your business revenue needs to regularly flow into it. This is what lets us verify your trading activity and collect repayments automatically
A flat 0.99% fee applies to each drawdown, and becomes payable on that drawdown's repayment date. For example, a $500 draw carries a $4.95 fee
Repayment is collected by direct debit from your ANNA business account seven calendar days after each drawdown. Once we receive cleared funds, your available limit is restored — this can take a few business days
A Delinquency Fee of 2.99% per month may apply to any overdue amount until it's paid. ANNA may allow a short grace period before this applies. It's important to ensure funds are available in your account by the repayment date
Yes. A company director is required to provide a personal guarantee for the facility. ANNA would only seek to enforce this if the company itself fails to meet its obligations, and only after providing written notice and a chance to remedy the default
Funds must be used for business or working capital purposes only — not personal, domestic, or household spending. Once drawn, funds go into your ANNA business account, so you can use them the same way as any other funds there — covering supplier payments, payroll, stock, or general cash flow gaps
Yes. As part of assessing your application, ANNA carries out credit assessments and may obtain information from credit reporting bodies on the Director and the company itself. This also applies on an ongoing basis - we may re-check your eligibility while the facility is active.
